Matt and I are having a great time hanging out with Isabella (or Izzy, Bella, Bells...). She has been having a good time eating, sleeping, and spending time with all of her grandparents and Uncle Davie and Aunt Kristi.
The first 3 days at home went well. Mom did "night shift" for 3 nights, bringing Bella in when she needed to eat, which meant that Matt and I got some good catch up sleep! Thank you Mom!
She was 7 lbs 1 oz when she was born. We had her first check up today, and she is already weighing in at 7 lbs 6 oz! She loves to eat! She also seems to have inherited my hiccups... those of you who have heard them (mine) will know what I'm talking about...poor girl.

ReplyDeleteSar!- Erin's baby has the worst hiccups too! I swear everytime that girl eats she hiccups for at least 45 minutes! it is sooooo hilarious!
if someone hasn't already told you, use a pacifier to sooth her and they tend to go away because of the sucking motion (??) but it has to be a straight nipple paci. like th green ones (did I send you those?).
